Duncan closed

Hi everyone, I got this duncan coral for a few weeks now and it used to be extremely healthy and will fully open and accept food. But they've been closed like this for a few days. I relocated it once to a shady spot when i saw this, but then after some research, put it back in its original spot where there is medium flow and medium lighting. My parameters are 0 ammonia, 0 nitrites and about 10-15 nitrates, pH 8.0. One of the heads semi opened with swelled up tentacles like in the pic and actually accepted food once. The other one... Is it dead? Its been deeply retracted till i can see the skeleton and I think a little bit of the flesh came off and is exposing the skeleton. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks! https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...356a1ead1c.jpg

Looks a bit close to the other coral in the pic kinda hard to tell though. It may be sending out sweepers at night check late at night with a flash light..
