Can someone help me translate?
 

I am moving from an Apex Classic to an Apex Gold. The Gold has not been setup yet but I am in the process of copying over all of my outlet settings. My Classic is failing and I only have access to part of the GUI (Weird I know). Below is the text from my Hydra Lights. Can someone help me translate or know of a way to convert it?
