equipment question

Ok... little about me i am new to reefing and and doing homework so I am all set for my 75 gal rimless build in the coming months. I have a few questions:

starting off i know i will not need any media reactors for carbon, gfo or bio pellets but i am planning my plumbing and want to account for these items in my design.

Does the manifold go between your return pump and your tank? if so does the return pump lose any power being that it is feeding these reactors?

1- Should i setup a chaeto reactor during cycle or after?
2- should i start gfo and carbon during cycle or after?
3- reactor go from manifold into sump, where in the sump does the return of into?

any sump with manifold pics would be appreciated.

also opinions on equipment for the build:

tank: deep blue professional 75 gal rimless
lights: ocean revive or photon 48" v2
skimmer: skimz Monzter SM161 or bubble mag curve 7
return pump: waiting on new sicce Syncra SDC or Vectra M1
wave makers: Tunze Turbelle Nanostream 6055 Controllable
sump: 36" DIY or something similar
ATO: Tunze Osmolator full package
salt: not sure yhet either Reef Crystals or Red Sea PRO
Media Reactors: gfo, Carbon, Bio pellets and Chaeto Reactor
controller: not sure yet. maybe in future

Missing anything?

The manifold is on the output of the return pump and yes.. Splitting flow to reactors will reduce flow through the display tank..

Use GFO when you have a phosphate issue that you can't solve any other way..
Carbon can be run anytime if you want..
Exit of chaeto reactor can really go wherever you want.. I would suggest avoiding putting it into the return pump area though to avoid any issues with ATO (top off levels in return chamber)

You can use chaeto during cycle, but it will dye towards the end. It will help. I thought you cant use gfo or carbon during cycle period, it will absorb the nutrients to help bacteria grow

You didn't mention what you plan on keeping, but based on the equipment list, assuming a fair variety of corals. I would highly suggest working a doser into your list.

I will have dosing as well for alk and cal. I will have fish and soft corals with some lps.
