Skimmer wont turn on.. help please
 
The DC pump controller is not turning on. I turned it off to do maintenance on the skimmer. When I went to turn it the controller box does not turn on.
It will have a very dim "88" appear but not run through it's normal startup routine

Any help appreciated. Thanks
