Do you have nice aquascaping? if so let's see it..
Having nice corals is one thing, but together with good aquascaping I think is the real challenge. I appreviate the challenge of being able to keep corals survive with great growth and colors.
If yours is something you can be proud of please share your artistic flare! |

I am pretty happy with the layout of my 75. It is a mixed tank but lots of SPS as well.

i really like how i've got my 120 layed out. It works for me and thats what matters :D . Thats all thats important, that it is what you want. It seems like everyone has different styles; open, stacked up the back wall, pillars, islands, ect. and thats what looks best to them.

Or even better his, Marc's (Fudge) tank build thread, that should give you lots of great ideas. |

Good aquascaping involves the juxtaposition of colors and growth forms and, most importantly, balances positive and negative space in the aquarium. Here are the most recent pics of my 36Lx24Wx18H 60g. It's going to be broken down soon in anticipation of a cross-country move. When I set it up again I'm going to use even less live rock and probably go BB. I think I put too much stuff in it; next time it's going to be more minimal. http://img339.imageshack.us/img339/3...ofDSC01784.jpg http://img339.imageshack.us/img339/1...ofDSC01780.jpg http://img339.imageshack.us/img339/4...ofDSC01783.jpg http://img339.imageshack.us/img339/6...ofDSC01806.jpg http://img339.imageshack.us/img339/9...ofDSC01808.jpg |

November TOTM is nicely aquascaped. I agree.
Here's another thing. Cleanliness plays a big part as well. ReeferMonkey, that's a nice set up. Turn the lights off for three days and see what happens to all that cyano (learned it from a thread here). Keep them coming! There should be a contest on this! |
All these tanks are actually quite nice. Some thinking was done here...

Wow Naka, that looks pretty recent. It is really growing out. Great job.
|
Thanks Mark! Show us your FTS.
|
Surprisingly I don't have one. Plus mine is a crowded rock wall with caves and stuff. I don't want to make these guys mad that I posted it under this thread.
Maybe I'll turn off the lights in the front room in awhile ang try to get you one. What lens do you shoot your FTS with? |
Nice rimless tank!
