Iwaki 55 md or larger, or equal panflow, blueline ect ect,

way to many Ts and such for a DC pump

I’d look hard at a Blueline 70.

Dolphin Aqua Sea S 7900. Choose the version with type-3 seals.

Sorry but you are suggesting a pump that will do 55' of head and pumps 7800 GPM and uses who knows 400W 24/7 ?

Guy is running an aquarium not a pool :fun5:

If t'were me I'd replace all that hard PVC with flex, ideally 1 1/2", and then go with something like the panworld 200 (same as the Blueline 70 if memory serves). Would give you something like 1,200 gph, more than enough.
