Coralline Algae an issue

Hi,

While we've had a tank for years, I'd say I'm a novice, and have a question that most do not ask: how do I get rid of coralline algae?

I's taken over the tank and overgrows all of the hard corals. We've used long-spined urchins in the past, but they grow too big and become problems themselves.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated - thank you!

What about a tuxedo urchin?

Take a look at your magnesium level/ Oceanic brand salt is quite high in it. And Coralline loves it.

Don't do water changes will add less mag lol. Its funny that most new reefers love the algae but it does become a pest over time.
