Treat this Coral Beauty? Advice please!

I've had this 1.5" Coral Beauty from Live Aquaria going through TTM for about 10 days now. She's acting great, eats Larry's frozen food heartily and overall looks and acts very healthy. However the forth dorsal spine is missing flesh. She's going into TTM transfer #4 tomorrow, which will also be the second application of Prazipro.

Do you think I should do something about the spine, and if so what would you recommend? It doesn't exactly look like a fungus, so I'm hesitant to treat with something like Furan 2, and my gut just says good food and water conditions and let her heal on her own.

Any advice would be welcome, thank you!

That could just be a Lympho (virus) nodule. Personally, I would just start soaking the fish's food in Selcon, Zoecon, Vita-chem, etc. But have antibiotics on standby just in case it worsens or turns red.

Looks to me just like an injury from being caught with a net, like the soft tissue got pushed down and the bone exposed.
I would observe and keep antibiotics at hand, but not do anything unless it gets worse.

Thanks for your input folks! It’s definitely not getting worse but also no better, so I’ll just continue to watch...

Man, teach me how to take pictures like that! I never had luck to have a good focused picture on such a small section of fish. Espessialy when they moving.

LOL not to mention she’s only a little over 1” in size.

Unfortunately those pictures were made with a $4k camera/lens combo which undoubtedly made my efforts much easier ;-)
