Does any off the apex add ons even last?

I feel most do not.

That question is weirdly worded but if you’re asking if Neptune modules are long lived then yes they are. I purchased a apex shortly after they were released 10ish years ago I had to replace the brain and energy bar once due to a power surge. All the rest of the modules have been running flawlessly during that time.

In my opinion the hardware and software has been very stable.
