Ammonia levels with TTM

Ive got a 700L display tank with 10 fish (3 of them Tangs) and i have ich.

Im running a UV steriliser in the display tank which is why everyone is still fat and healthy.

I plan to take all fish out and put them through the TTM and leave the display tank fallow for 3 months.

Q. After ive been through the TTM for 12 days using multiple tubs for all my fish how would then manage the ammonia levels for the remainder 10 weeks before i can add them back into my display tank?

Q. When performing the TTM Is there a recommended amount of salt water to be used in order to ensure there is no Ammonia spike or will that definitely not be an issue if im changing the water every 48-72 hours?

Thanks

When you finish TTM add 2 sponge filters or box filters.

Pads every day seachem stability and every other day seachem prime. Keep a ammonia monitor in the glass (it still works when using prime).

Do a 50% water change if fish look distressed (if you do it right, should not be needed).

I have used this method a few times as recently as las week for new thank additions.

This is my setup on a 10g. I run 4 filters 2 box and 2 hang-on

Ps. Ammonia has risen because I stopped adding prime and removing food waste from the bottom (don’t have fish in there any more).

Also powers off all filters

So, you would plan to not let the water cycle for the remaining 10 weeks etc while your display tank is fallow?

I was thinking if there is a way to quickly cycle the water without distressing the fish or would i need to create another tank with cycled water to transfer the fish to after the TT process is completed?
