DoA Credit
 

How long does it take to get a DoA credit? I placed an order near the end of November and arranged to be home Wednesday before Thanksgiving. The shipment was delayed and got hung up in transit. I opened the box to find cold water and dead fish. The CuC is probably fine but really hard to say. I've sent photos to the email address, had a few questions and have not heard back. I have also reached out to Paypal (this time I actually received a response from someone at Blue Zoo). The whole process is absurd.
