Yep, that was at full 2:1, the width of the frame should be 11mm. The past few days I've been shooting with a new flash diffuser I built. Ditched the one I bought and built a
DIY coke can diffuser out of two popcans and some duct tape.
Also built me a stick out of a wooden broom handle and a deck screw. Its just a broom handle with a spike on one end. Now I have a walking stick AND something to brace myself for those shots that you're swaying just enough back and forth you can't quite get steady enough to get the focus right on the eyes (or whatever you want in focus).
