MD has always provided me with over the top customer service, one time they dropped the ball and sent me the wrong rodi unit and not only did they send me out a brand new right away but also upgraded my shipping to 2day air so i could have it before the weekend
..what should i "be aware" of exactly? that some products have a shelf life? i really hope MD didnt refund his money
