Recently I decided to explore the chaeto reactor as an option to help export nutrients. Having used GFO previously I was looking for a more natural (and less messy) way to naturally help reduce the slight green in my DT.
Installed on Friday (pic on left). Three days later Monday (pic on right).
Repurposed Aquatop MR-20 reactor and LED light strip from Marine Depot.
Results/growth can be seen already. Looking at the interior tube it can be seen in the pic on the left, yet covered and unseen in the pic on right.
