I bought the par meter 3 months after ATI T5. So I have no idea what is the par reading with brand new lamps. The par decreased 20% in 3 months is for lamps between 3 months old to 6 months old. I noticed the growth rate slowed down a little bit at that time and that's why I checked the par value.
I also change the fan speed from 4.5v to 9v 4 months ago. It might also help to keep the par with cooler lamps.
