I would probably start out with the Orbits at 10%-15% and work my way up from there slowly. Even though you had the Radion at 30%, it is a more powerful light that the Orbits so starting out just a bit lower would work out just fine. As always, do keep an eye on the corals when you first put the new light on and if you do notice that they are getting too much or too little adjust accordingly.
