The frame builder just sent me a message when I asked him if it would deflect enough in the middle to bring it level.

And just a background, he is an industrial welder that now overseas pipe welding for chemical companies. The welds/specs have to be critically precise and are all x=ray'd etc.

Yes on the deflection. The intent is to have positive camber in the middle to achieve flatness when loaded. I worked my structural engineer (friend, too) on what we could to to mitigate the deflection.
