I would suggest a dip in temperature matched ro/di (fresh) water first. Just swish it gently for 10-15 seconds and then return it to the tank. The sudden change in osmotic pressure between salt and fresh water will kill many little critters like that without harming the coral at all. If that doesn't work, Bayer would be my next choice. You might even follow the fresh dip with a Bayer dip for the double whammy on 'em
