I am assuming that given your location that your NSW is coming from the Gulf Stream. You should be able to use the water immediately after collection if you put it through a 0.5 to 1.0 um drinking water filter. Also feel free to use every last drop. I did this for many years with GS water collected off of the Florida Keys ca. 10-15 miles offshore. Never had a single problem. Others who don’t have access to water with the purity you do need to let it age. I still recommend sub-micron filtering. Ron
