Going to respectfully disagree with your thoughts on the newer AIO pellets. The brown larger pellets being the older style the newer style being the yellow. According to Dennis van Houten, the ingredients of the two are the same. He suggested to me the reason for the change was folks were having a problem with the heavy weight of the brown ones and the new pellets allow for a reduced air/water content in the pellets making them smaller and more dense. I've run both the old and new pellets. And while I don't necessarily like the gold colored skimmate, I've had success running the new AIO in my reactor as a functional and effective media. I've tried many biopellet brands and these have been my favorite.

Not saying this is Krzysztof's findings but personally I have no issue with the new DVH AIO pellets.

What don't you like about them?
