Just wanted to follow up on this thread and give props to Scott and the customer service team at Royal Exclusiv. Its a rarity these days that a company would have such dedicated support. Scott called me directly and we identified the issue together. It ended up being the controller which they promptly replaced. Been working like a charm since I got the new controller.
