There are many species of Carpet Anemones {
Stichodactyla} and they occur in an even greater number of colors. To casual browsers wishing to purchase a Carpet Anemone after viewing these beauties- beware: Carpet Anemones have certain husbandry requirements to thrive. Some species of Stichodactyla are very demanding and should only be attemted by experienced reefkeepers. Please post pics of your colorful Carpet Anemones to this thread.
