Add some of the live sand from the other tank. You can siphon some of yours out and add the other. What are you lights? Schedule? How is the flow in the tank? If you are doing water changes what salt? Your Alk may be higher because of the salt. You also could add a couple of pieces of live rock to help seed your tank. The only thing I can see from your tests is to change your DI resin. Also check for stray voltage.
