I do notice sometimes the larger one turns around and goes at him. No concern unless she is harassing, bumping, and/or chasing continuously, with no peace, and the smaller one is hiding, starving, or appears "beat up".
She's just letting him know who is at the top.
Just let it play out.
I usually find they either get together, or the smaller one is kicked out.
