I'm setting up a 29 gal with 10 gal sump. I'm new to reefing and trying to give myself the best chance at success while learning more about it. These systems seem to be "idiot proof" in that all the guess work is taken out. I see them used on large tanks mostly. Anyone using Triton/API Essentials/Aqua Forest/Red Sea on their nano? Pros and cons?

I bought a standard refrugium kit (Skimmer-fuge-return) for the sump. I'm considering modifying it to try the Full Triton Method.
