2 days in, the nem is spreading out in a perfect spot...

...lucky this time! And it is healthy, and I put it in a shadowed corner from which it had options to go to--deeper shadow or brighter light, on the bottom or up onto the spire. So far it wants a cave near the bottom and extrudes itself into the light sideways. Never had a bubbletip before---they're pricey; but I've never dealt with one so amenable to settling and being happy.

I do have to move that watermelon shroom over a bit to be sure it doesn't make contact. But that's just scooting its rock on the sandbed.

The clowns are, of course, ignoring the nem. But sometimes clowns know when not to interfere, as in, until the nem has settled down.

Salinity 1.024-6; alkalinity 8.3-9.3 on KH scale; calcium 420; magnesium 1300, temp 78-80, nitrate .2. Ammonia 0. No filters: lps tank. Alk and cal won't rise if mg is low.

Current Tank Info: 105g AquaVim wedge, yellow tang, sailfin blenny,royal gramma, ocellaris clown pair, yellow watchman, 100 microceriths, 25 tiny hermits, a 4" conch, 1" nassarius, recovering from 2 year hiatus with daily water change of 10%.
