Probably not as good quality as yours since I just got my from LFS (for cheap).....Miracles the aquarium manufacturer offere me a steel stand for like $600 (that is why I build from wood, MUCH CHEAPER)

It was black painted (when I originally bought it).
But over the years of salt mist, especially with sump underneath, it became this. (The welds are still strong, but I wouldn't trust mine with a heavy tank anymore). Plus looks awful as you can see.



Same thing (corrosion) happened in my Steel Studs behind drywall (in my Sump Room).
When doing my reno, a few of the stud crumbled in my bare hand.

So I would suggest you possibly paint Your STAND a few extra coats of rust protection paint. So it lasts FOREVER.
