Questiong regarding the flasher wrasse article

This article:

http://reefkeeping.com/issues/2006-08/ht/index.php

Quote:
For adult flasher wrasses a tank size of at least 60 x 30 x 30 cm should be sufficient, but juveniles can be kept in smaller aquariums.
Is the cm for the dimensions a misprint? That would mean a tank volume size of 14 us gallons.

I would like to clarify because I'd like to add one to my 30g if possible.
