Tunze -- I have a flipper, stuff can bet trapped in there, or in my case, limpets and micro stars... As far as glass goes, low iron (starfire) scratches very easily. Tunze is great. I lost mine somewhere when I "organized" all my fish junk
And yeah, lots of people use the magic eraser in tank with no issues. I thought the same thing, but so far, it's pretty safe..
