1 gallon betta pico reef

Hey i just thought i would throw this up to see what people thought of my little setup, this tank has been running now for 6 weeks, it has a aquaone clearview 500 as the filter with a airstone protein skimmer in the back with a theo 25w as well.

As far as livvestocks goes im currently housing a hammer coral sorething on the right i cant identify and would love help with a small leather coral and a set of zoas(green yellow). and for fauna it houses two peppermint shrimp.

well i hope you enjoy the video, i feel it gives a better feel for the tank.

oh and while im here i may aswell ask a question. I am currently in the process of setting up a 4 gallon reef (pico or nano?) for my grandmother for xmas and she asked if she could have just the bluelight on and never a white one as she really likes the color. is this possible?

Looks like the coral on the right is a torch to me. Smallest reef I have ever seen, cool!

Go create an account at photobucket.com. Upload your pictures to there, and each picture will have an "IMG" link which you can post directly in this thread.

Well i hope that works and tell me what you think. I was told to put a yellow coral goby in the tank, what do you think? is the tank too small, it is in my opinion but i thought i should ask.

Nice set up. I think you should stick with shrimp on the tank instead of fish.

Do you collect anything from the skimmer?
