Found this masterflex tubing reference list from the following website. It looks like he use ls17 for 7015 head, but it just yields more ml/hr. Has any one try it?

I see a few people were selling heads that are ls17 compatable. Anyone still have one they are selling for a reasonable price?

You do realize the pump heads are all interchangeable? For instance, I use a 7018-21 due to the higher flow rate at a lower RPM. Keeps the motor noise down.

Yeah my reasoning is I want to use it for Calcium reactor. The head that I am getting with it is the one that is for ls15 and ls24. But why spend all the money on the incorrect tubing etc. I'll just find the correct head.

Hi All.
I have a Cole Parmer 7551-00 unit. It has recently died . It took a power surge and i have had the unit looked at and have been told i have a dead board. Oh yay. So im looking for.. 1. 7551-00 unit that i can steal some parts from. 2. 7523-80 Motor. I believe this is the replacement motor they suggested. Here is the board that died this is one of two boards the motor has. Id like both but this is the critical one. So anyone have any donor units? Thanks |

I tried CP locally ( New Zealand ). They wouldn’t touch the board or even consider a change . Tried to sell me a whole new motor just so I could get the two boards . Trying the USA CP division now . I can’t see a for sale section here but I’m tempted to just buy the wife a replacement if I can get one. |

That’s cool . So no problems with it after 3 years now ? What is the part number ( stepper Motor ) ? I want to get one as well . I’m guessing we can install it ourselves if need so .

I believe the Neptune Apex DOS dosing pumps use Stepper motors.

I believe Neptune's DOS is made by Kamoer, Kamoer had a same design pump on their website which was removed later.

Trying to join the Cole Parmer club for my new setup. Been reading through this entire thread for days now, tons of great information.
Just snagged a Cole Parmer Masterflex 77300-60 & 77300-50. It was too cheap to pass up, did I make a good purchase? |
