Basement looks big enough to me.

House looks great Shawn. (I'll probably get flamed for that compliment since I don't know anything about home construction )

All that matters is an easy access point in the basement to bring in your new tank, right?

LOL if you are talking about this room it's going to be a bathroom...

I was thinking I could place it on the middle of this wall between where the top of the stairs start and the doorway to the (soon to be bathroom)...

LOL, it's far from a mansion... It's 2065 sq ft / 2 story with a 3 car garage...

1st Floor (plan)

2nd Floor (plan)

I have some "finished" outside pics, but they are not uploaded at this time and I am at work right now...

This is near finished, missing the front porch railing and the planter boxes were switched out...

This is a pic of the back minus the decking...

sweet i see a great spot, right below the stair on 1st floor plan, equipment and sump in garage. if the stairs are 5' wide then that's the size you go with, it will be an upgrade

The house was a "spec" but since we found it early in the build process we were able to change a few things on it... We wanted to custom build but with the relocation for work and because we have so many pets (3 dogs and 4 cats) we were kinda limited on time and temp housing...

Nice house Shawn. I thought that was a Hubbell Home with all the ThermaStar vinyl windows being used.

I hope you'll have a tank up and running in no time. Let us know if you need a hand with anything.

we are not trying to peer pressure you in anyway. 10gal will do the job, but you can't post in large reefs anymore .

Thanks starpolyp, If I were to setup a tank against the long wall, there is a drain right on the other side next to the geothermal unit...

In this pic the drain is right on the other side...

If I setup a tank it will not be as elaborate of a setup as before, it will be alot more "basic". I will also be looking into a steel stand, or at least a centerblock one with I-beams... Also starting out it will only be a FOWLR and might add some softies and LPS... I would still have the 4x 250w MHs over it...
