Congrats on the TOTM. One of my favorite tanks on RC for quite some time, glad to see you finally got the TOTM nod.

Very nice. Love the mixed tank look, and as already stated the room itself is very original. Well deserved.

That is by far the best fish room i have ever seen!

Just some quick questions. Where are you located, and how does that factor in with the temperature of the outside air that you draw in for ventilation?

Thanks everyone. I have to thank Hop for all the help with this TOTM and for doing such a fantastic job. I live in Bridgewater Massachussetts. In the summer, it can go to the high 90s and right now it's 14F. I have not noticed any effect with the air drawn in and temp outside. The air from outside has quite a few feet of tubing to pass through before it gets to the skimmers. By then the temp is probably moderated to room temp. The orp goes higher when the air is dryer this time of year though. I don't use a dryer on the ozonizer, which would account for that.

Going forward this will be the target tank I some day hope to rival. I can find little peace in having only 30 years to make that come true.
I don't think a TOTM has ever left me as impressed as yours.
The whole room strikes me as an oasis.

Congratulations and incredibly well deserved.

Absolutely amazing! Oasis is the perfect word to describe your set up. There are really only three TOTMs that really just take my breath away and yours is definitely one of them. Fantastic job!

Congratulations! Absolutely stunning. The best I have ever seen. The picture of your clown fish in the H. gigantea - just unreal, like a scene from the ocean.

Couldn't agree more, fantastic work!!!

I love the mixedness of your reef... as you stated you have a tremendous biodiversity in your tank, and the end-product is simply phenomenal.
