Quality Customer Service
My recent order with Vivid was my first online purchase of corals, so I was nervous about buying frags sight unseen. After my experience with Vivid I am more than willing to buy from them again in the future.
My shipment arrived when promised, but unfortunately my pink lemonade acro frag had broken into two half inch pieces in transit from shifting in the box. I immediately contacted Vivid explaining the situation and sending a photo of the pieces in the shipping bag. They responded that if the two tiny remnants did not survive in my tank they would refund the purchase price for that item. I want to commend them on their level of customer service. They did not hesitate to offer to refund the purchase price of an item damaged in shipment, which is exactly what I would hope for from a quality business. I just wanted to share in case there are other first time online buyers considering Vivid as a coral source. - Alan |
