BM Curve 7?
Would a BM Curve 7 be too big for a 75g sps reef with media fish bio load?

On sale at Marinedepot. I think it will be fine for that tank, but they do a 120 nicely.

So would the Curve 5 be better? I ran a SCA 302 on my last 75g and I felt it was a perfect size but want better quality.

Ok between these on a 75g sps reef tank medium bio load with heavy feeding, which would you pick.
1, BM Curve 5 2, Aqua Maxx FC-120 3, RO SS150? 4, BM Curve 7 but it will be a tight fit.

I’ve used the BM Curve 5 with success. My father uses the Curve 9 right now and it pulls out some gunk.
I’m using the Simplicity 240 on my 120 right now. Great bang for your buck and it’s rated for a 120 on a heavy bio load. Working great so far.

Narrowed it down to these 2. Both seem to be rated about the same.
1, RO SS150 2, AM FC-120

Ended up deciding on a RO 150SSS then again was undecided until I found one used on the for sale thread. So skimmer for this tank is the RO 150SSS. Im excited to try it out since the Octopus pumps where still used on RO skimmers when I used one last. They have evolved a lot.
