Tunze 5017 - 2 Red Lights

Looking for info on my controller that left my sump low on water twice in a week. The first event I turned it off and on and it started up without issue. The second event I looked at the controlller and saw two solid red lights on the "Two Low" and "Pump on" indicators.

What could cause this?

The only red lights are too low and too high, too low on flashing and too low on solid is the water damage indicator. The most common is that the power supply tip got wet in a puddle or sump and was plugged in wet, that can usually be repaired. Be careful to view the unit with no angle as the lights can shine through multiple windows.
