Hi Rodger
I have just purchased a 9410DC and it’s in just under 5.5inches it’s running well but was just not shore if the pump will be ok at that depth for cooling

5.5" is the minimum depth it can be submerged, personally I prefer some safety margin as below 5.5" the pump could run dry and be damaged. I generally strive for 6" as the ideal for this reason.
