What is this growing on my snail?

I thought there was an ID forum somewhere, but I couldn't find it, so I apologize if this was in the wrong spot.

Found this on my snail today (not the bubble algea) and after some googling, I have no idea what this is.

I would really appreciate an ID, thanks

No. The valonia on the shell needs to be removed though.

I would take the snail out and try and remove the bubble algae off it. That can get out of hand pretty quickly.
