Chipped tank. Safe or not?

Are there any limits to how big/deep or where a chip is on a tank to render it unusable?
Can anyone tell me if mine could be at risk of cracking or exploding or any other terrible situation?

That looks like nothing. I don't think you have any issues.

Thanks, It's only 100L so I can't imagine many issues
