Is this a “pregnant” bluestripe pipefish?

So I have a pair of bluestripe pipefish. The two look different. I’m pretty sure the one in the video below is the male and is carrying babies. Can someone confirm?

If you have two you have a pair as two of the same sex will ultimately fight until one is gone one way or the other.
If you have a pair they will spawn. I had a lot of these as pairs and the males were always carrying eggs.

Well I’ve had them for a couple of months and there has been zero aggression. One is nearly full grown. I thought two females wouldn’t fight.

Two males fight as well.
That in the video is definitely a male with eggs.

Just a quick update. Definitely a male/female pair. There is zero aggression. They are nearly fully grown and hand out together. The male is always pregnant. I kind of feel bad, he never gets a break.

No. Not trying to raise them... I don't have that kind of time.
