Screen blue, all things flashing orange .. no luck with Apex support

Tried Apex .... tickets, phone, for the past 4 hours ..

Was out of town the past 3 days. Yesterday got a notice about temp in tank. Logged into Apex and found some of my dashboard items (i.e. conductivity) weren't showing. Hit webcam, no lights were running.

Got home today:

I can hit Apex via the URL, no issues.
EB8's were flashing orange
Modules plugged in flashing orange as well (WXM, Lunar, etc.)

Screen on controller was solid blue.

Cycled power down, same thing.

Neptune support ticket is in and I've tried calling for the past hour, no luck .They are very hard to get in touch with.

Any ideas?

Flashing orange means the controller is stuck loading the firmware. Normal fix for this is to reload the firmware. See page 116 of the latest Comprehensive Reference Manual for a few tricks if it won't easily take the firmware update.

I think he fixed this if it's the same post I'm thinking of over on the community forums. It was a faulty PM2 module.

Yup, posted on the Neptune site as well. It was a PM2 that went bad. Evidently, if 1 module in the chain goes bad it makes things flip out. Once we removed it, back online.

Sounds like the firmware on it might have become corrupt. Did Neptune log in remotely? They are really good about fixing that kind of stuff via a teamviewer remote session.
