Brown ich?

I just noticed my 20 year old yellow tang has a lot oh Brown ich like sports on him. Any ideas?

I added a flame angel from LA two months ago. Other fish have no spots. Two clowns, flame angel, and cream angel.

Fyi the top fin has been like that for 15 years after gun rot. Doing a 50% water change as well. Then dose prazipro.

Read up on black ich.

I believe prazi does do the trick.

+1 black ich is actually a worm and prazipro will work for it. Typically associated with poor water quality

Thanks for the replies.

As an update. I dosed my main 75 gallon (20 gallon Sump) with 20 ml (5 ml per 20 gallons). I estimated the water volume to be 80 gallons but with all the LR and sand I expect it to be less than 80 gallons.

I dosed last night.

This morning there are a lot of white specks floating around in the water column but the Yellow tang is still covered by black specks (turbellarian).

I'll keep you posted on the status.
