Help please unknown hitchhiker dangerous?
This appeared in my tank. Any ideas what this is, if it is harmful or what should be done with it?

I removed it from the tank, the clear white portion does move around.

Is it a spaghetti worm?
If so they are reef safe. I've never seen one out in the open though, so I'm not positive.
