What is this odd white.. squiggle... on my tanl?

Anybody have any idea what this is? Wasn't there yesterday. I can't tell if the white squiggly is something living or is just some substance on the acrylic. At the right side at the end, there appears to be something small and moving, but even with my jewlers headset, I can't tell what it is. I haven't poked at it yet. My gut feeling is to try to remove it from the tank.

Any ideas?

Great, thanks! I assume snail eggs are good? I'd bet they'll mostly get eaten by the fish. Not sure if I could transplant them to my skimmer box or something...

Its likely that 99.99% of them will die. Over many years and many batches of eggs, you can sometime get few snails that survive.
