Apex - Tank Losing Power

For the last several weeks, all outlets lose power to my tank for a few seconds then comes back on.

Sump - AWM and EB8
Tank - AI Hydra Lights, Tunze pumps, DC8

When this happens, my return pump shuts down, my lights turn off, and my Tunze pumps shut down. About 3 seconds later, everything powers back up.

The sump (basement) and the tank (living room) are on 2 different circuits. No other lights in the house flicker. There were no programming changes in the past year or so.

Are there any troubleshooting steps that I can follow? I cant seem to find a "System up time" in the menus. It almost seems like my AWM is rebooting but I can't get to the sump in the basement quick enough to catch it.

I been having this issue for weeks also. For me it seems to happen at the end of the afternoon or early night and two or three time in a row within 5 minutes or so.

My problem only happens on the top power bar and not the bottom
EB8. Think it’s a power bar issue.

All weekend without a power cycle, looks to me it was my network settings.

Mine hasn't gone down since I posted this. I have a feeling that someone at Neptune read this and corrected something. There was a problem earlier in the year regarding servers and the Apex app losing connectivity causing this type of issue.

My problem was fixed as soon as you posted this. I was going through it for a few months.

I have the same problem today.

Between 8 am to 12 pm today, I have ten occurrences of Powerbar lost power.

Each time power is lost, apex email is:
Status: ON
Statement: If Power EB8_5 Off 001 Then ON Date: 2019-12-08 08:35:31 -0500

When it is back on, the email is
Status: OFF
Statement: Set OFF Date: 2019-12-08 08:35:57 -0500

Total I got 20 emails (time is different in each email). The ON and OFF emails showed the duration of power lost (it is between 14 and 26 seconds). Main house power is fine and no circuit breaker is tripped.

I had the same problems in the past 3 months or so, but I simply ignored. I remember one time it occurred in front of my nose that the lights went dark for few seconds, and then bright again.

(1) Does this mean my Powerbar is near its lifetime? Frankly all electronics do not last forever. My powerbar is about 5 years old.

(2) Someone in this thread said about fixing network setting/IP address. I don't understand why Powerbar power-lost is related to network or IP settings. Can you explain?

Btw, my apex is classic model and connected via wired network with static IP address.

Its funny I just saw this post. I bought my wife a nano tank last week and hooked it up with some probes and a 8 outlet bar into my system. That night the system disconnected 16 time the log said. No other issues

Are these real disconnections or just incorrect alerts?
