Calories in flake food
How does this compare to frozen? I have about a month worth of frozen and am expecting to eventually run out. My fish and shrimp eat flaked - how does this compare as to the bioload it adds and sustaining them?

It's not the calories but the vitamins and minerals---and willingness to eat. Feed flake or pellet as needed, give frozen when you can get it. Just use a quality dry food.
