The macroalgae are in a satellite tank that I use as frag/acclimatization tank. I'll try them this time to keep the nutrients level in check. Let's see..... I like my previous 750l a lot too....I'll try to do something as balanced as it was. Quote:
I can't wait it too....but it'll take some time..... Thanks. Here's the sump. No changes....it's just a little cleaner...for now.... Regards, Alex

When my tank leaked 2 years ago.. I felt the same way.. Should I continue? Should I throw in the towel??
I'm glad I continued.

Well,
After two weeks waiting the new sump arrived at oct-02. I've put it into place and get back to cycling. No big changes: On last weekend the corals that survived to the crash get back home. All of them get opened in the next day and all of them seems to be very well on the new water. I've put an acro as well for testing purposes, and it made it through. So, soon there'll some sticks again.... Red favia Favia prism Duncan Alex

I think there's not much to show right now......Maybe in a year or two... After a month the tank goes well....diatoms have gone.....corals look happy....parameters are stable and ok. The downside is the death of the 2 Green Chromis, less than 2 weeks after they get in the tank.

Glad to hear you've got some corals back again Alex it'll be no time before your tank is pumping again! Sorry to hear about the sump issues but I'm happy you got through it and are still going along!!

Hi Bulent,
I wouldn't put it together with any feather....plus, it's a risk some meaty lps like brains, scolimias, etc and I would avoid them... Regards

Thanks Alex. That's a shame. Sadly, feather dusters and coco worms are the only invertebrates that provide movement in my tank except perhaps some overgrown bryopsis (doh). I would love to have that cutie fish in my tank.

Great job and tank.
Would it be possible to get a closer shot of your overflow and then another of your powerhead / wave maker placement? I'm interested in how your flow is and overall water movement. Looks very nice though, well done.

I had "some" brown hair algae on rocks right now giving a plenty of movement to the reef..... Quote:
My overflow it's an internal box, and it occupies the right half of the back panel...it's "impossible" to show it on photos. My circulation now resumes to the MP40, showed on photo and a Gyre 150 on the back panel, in the opposite side of the Vortech.....that's only it... Regards,

The good news: the brown algae is almost entirely gone.
The bad news: the fishes are almost entirely gone. Ich kill my longnoose, my fridmanii and a couple of ocelaris. The 4 Green Chromis is all that has left and it'll be this way for 2 or 3 months. Some progression shoots: Green Slimer: 12/10/16 25/10/16 14/11/16 22/12/16 Regards, Alex
