Here's a few fish milling around.

I quite like this torch (unfortunately so does the copperband - it used to be twice this size)

Killer Starfish
I was lucky enough to get a bunch of these from another hobbyist who I bought some corals from a few months ago. He was having some STN issues and I think this is why - I have found these munching on corals & they don't seem to care if it's an acro or monti - I have found them along with their damage on both. They hung on and were missed in the dip process & to tell you the truth I just thought they were regular harmless astrea starfish but as I have found out the ones with black patches are not sps friendly. Here's a few I pulled out of my display yesterday.

What size are these sea stars? It's hard to tell from the photo. I'm not familiar with this kind.

they range from 1/8" to about 1/2".
Sorry I should have put a penny or something in there to use as a reference.

I applaud your success at patience. Over the years I too have had a tank or two with "issues." It can be very frustrating to even the best hobbyists around. I would also like to say that the photos are great and the tank is quite a piece of art. My new one is going to be a whole lot simpler though. It is getting to be a bit too much work on my pacemaker so I am just doing it slow and easy. Mostly LPS, leathers, anemones, Sinularia (originally wild collected over 25 years ago by a man I know in the city) elegance, a few fish and a lot of crustaceans. Every tank that is halfway maintained has its own appeal and its own beauty. I do love this hobby. Keep up the good work. You have done well.

Awesome tank Greg! Can you post your equipment and regiment on the tank or is there somewhere I can find it possibly your past totm feature. If your equipment/regiment is on that link can you update us on any equipment changes and regiment changes?
Thanks! Bill
