Before and After...

Pics are around 2 years apart. Only change made to the tank wassss........T5s!!!!! I had Radion Gen 3s before, I ditched them for T5s. Seeing before and after pics is always fun.

So are you running only T5s now. I am planning a new tank and debating lights to grow SPS corals. Awesome photo of the tank.

Do your T5's drip acro grow juice? Wow, that's really a great transformation in 2 years. Well done, and the colors are still great btw.

I don't see any difference between the two tanks in the two years... No but really, well done! T5 all the way. If this tank was led right now I bet it wouldn't catch my eye as much as it does with t5, gotta love them.

Man would I love to visit you with a pair of large coral cutters... What do you attribute to the great growth you got these past years?

I’m using 2 ATI 8x54w dimmable Sunpowers.
All ATI bulbs
6 blue
1 coral
1 purple.

T5s
Calcium Reactor
Neptune Apex

In that order. I wouldn’t run an SPS dominant tank with out those 3 main components.

Great Job the T5's are great lights for Acro's for sure. Looks like you need to frag a few pieces.

I run a Photon 48, and am very close to making the switch to a 6x80W T5 (3 blue plus, 1 actinic, 1 purple plus, 1 coral plus).

Just not seeing growth from the few sps frags I have.

I have had an awful time dialing in my light.

. I sell frags from time to time, but I really enjoy seeing the acros grow larger and larger. I hate cutting them

I have fallen in love with t5 these past years. Are you using kalk as well? What kind of kalk stirrer if so? I have had a full Apex system sitting in a box because I can't ever figure out how to get it all working... One thing always doesn't work and I get mad and throw it back in the box I am setting up a new display so I have my mind set on hooking it up by then... These last two years there have been many things I want and need to control, it really would cut out a few things I forget to do.
