Hammer corals growing oddly

Hey guys my hammer corals are all looking very odd. Has anybody had experience with this before? I've had them for over a year and they have split but they just look odd. I have a SCA 50 cube with a nano box duo

I find the shape of the tentacles very odd in all 3 of them. They don't look anything like hammers and appear more like frog spawns

Maybe they are frogspawns.

They were definitely hammers when I first purchased them. The polyps were full and they had the hammer coral shape

The scolymia are fine just the angle of the photo. So you think too much white light is the issue?

Do they only get most of there flow from the back to front? I had some hammers and frog spawn look similar to yours when that was the case for mine. I redirected the flow so it was more random and they went back to there normal look.

Yes they do. All the flow in my tank is from the return pump as I couldn't find a good spot for a powerhead and the tank seems fine without one
